Oris Aquis GMT Date Carysfort Reef Limited Edition

Part of the Aquis GMT Date line, the Carysfort Reef LE is part of Oris’ effort to raise funds and awareness for the Coral Restoration Foundation. The watch features a bold blue sunray dial with ceramic bezel and orange accents. A clean, and easy to read design, as a diver should be, Oris deftly added a GMT complication to the design, adding dual-time functionality. The standout element, however, is the ceramic bezel, which features a split design with a black half-ring on top and a dark teal ring below.

Housed in Oris’ robust 43.5mm modern case design, the Carysfort Reef LE comes mounted to a burnt orange rubber strap that features a unique and beautifully finished extendable deployant clasp. On the wrist, the Carysfort Reef LE has a rugged, modern charm that is great for a dive or the office. To commemorate this limited edition, the case-back features an appealing engraving as well as the watch’s number of 2000 pieces. Available here for $2,800.

Oris Divers Sixty-Five Timeless Limited Edition

Limited to a mere 100 pieces, this version of the Divers Sixty-Five was designed in collaboration with our friends at Timeless Luxury in Texas. A sleek, stylish spin on the 40mm Divers Sixty-Five, Timeless chose a deep, dark olive for the dial surface, that is unlike greens we’ve seen on other watches. They paired it with gold-toned markers and print, which beautifully accentuate the green tone.

Unique to the Timeless Divers Sixty-Five is a different set of markers that combined with a date-free dial create a more modern spin on this format. Instead of the “homebase” marker at 12, there is a thin triangle, and in lieu of blocky markers at three, six, and nine, there are long rectangles with rounded corners. Though subtle differences, the end result is a more open dial that has a less aggressive feel than other Divers Sixty-Fives. Get this rare watch while they last for $2,200, includes both rubber and leather straps.
